GRAY

GRAY

GRAY • A state and color that has so much character, that it just gets mellowed out by all the extra noise and chaos. Nowadays so many of us feel like some aspect of our life is a GRAY area. It’s not this, it’s not that, but it’s something undefined and uncertain, which is sometimes scarier than knowing the ugly truth. Whatever aspect of your life it is, all the extra noise and energy like this can wear and tear on you mentally and make you not feel like yourself - less human. It puts you through a roller coaster of emotions that makes you numb and emotionally unavailable. Makes you so red and orange and blue that this in-between state leaves you feeling GRAY. • For some of us, our GRAY area is our career, dreams, lovers, friends, family, politics, where we stand in the world, etc. For me, the past couple of years, my personal life has been my GRAY area. People coming in and out of my life, having relationships with people that weren’t defined or reciprocated, and just giving my entire self to those not deserving. I’m not a weak person, but during those times I was weak. I felt crazy, over emotional, over thinking, sad, manic, just everything that wasn’t Taylor. • • As soon as I heard this song, I understood it completely. Every lyric, every note, every snare. I’m thankful to have an outlet to let go of those rough GRAY moments. I’m thankful for music to be an escape from reality and help better understand your emotions. I’m thankful for toushertoosure for capturing these raw moments. I’m thankful for slenderbodies for creating this awesome track and all around album (you should all go listen to them.) I’m thankful for the people who have kept my life full of color, even when they see me struggle through the GRAY. Thanks for letting me be personal, and enjoy this video of me dancing/crying/jumping/and flinging. My interpretation of my GRAY feelings. • • Song: gray by slenderbodies Dancer: taylorgagliano Videographer: toushertoosure tailzent

In June of 2018, she auditioned in New York City for Apartment 33 tap company, directed by international tap star, Chloe Arnold, and received a yes! She cannot wait to see what the future has in store for her and hopes to one day inspire others with her love of tap.

In addition to Apartment 33, she had the opportunity to be part of another amazing tap family called Beat Feet created by Kendra Weaver. Sabrina co-choreographed their tap piece for the dance eventThesis.

It all began with an idea, and Sabrina believes that if you are passionate and set goals, then all of the hard work is worth it in the end! She hopes that one day she can form her own professional tap company and travel the world showcasing her creations.
